We provide licensed clinical psychological evaluations to support certain immigration matters, including VAWA, Extreme Hardship, and Asylum.
These evaluations are clinical in nature and are intended to support an attorney’s legal filing. We do not provide legal advice.
Use the consult form to request scheduling. We’ll follow up with available times and what to prepare.
VAWA (Violence Against Women Act) petitions may involve individuals who have experienced abuse by a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident spouse/parent (or, in some circumstances, a child). An evaluation can document mental health impacts of trauma and support the petition.
Extreme hardship cases may involve documenting how separation, relocation, medical/mental health needs, safety concerns, or other factors would significantly impact a qualifying family member. An evaluation can describe clinical findings and functional impact.
Asylum cases may involve fear of persecution or serious harm if returning to one’s home country. An evaluation can document trauma exposure, symptoms, and how experiences affect well-being and functioning.
Scheduling: Submit a consult request using the form. If you have a question first, email therhodyhaven@gmail.com.
